The staff at Heather View are very caring and, aware that their gentleman residents are rather outnumbered by the ladies, are once more arranging a lunchtime open event to give them an opportunity to meet, socialise and relax with like minded people and to still feel part of their local community.
Lisa Phillips, Customer Relations Manager – Care UK invites members of Ashdown Probus to join them in the bar area on Thursday 18th January from 1.00 p.m. for a sociable chat with other gentlemen over a complimentary pie and a pint. Some of our members attended the first such meeting last October and others from Crowborough Probus also went. Car parking at the home is limited but Morrisons/Waitrose car parks (maximum 3 hours) are a mere 3 minutes walk away.
