The end of another Probus year is almost upon us and the AGM is due in April, the first Monday is the 5th, Easter Monday, so the date for the AGM lunch would have been moved to April 12th but unfortunately due to ongoing covid-19 regulations we are obviously unable to meet on that date.
We are therefore proposing to hold a virtual AGM as we did in 2020. We are using the same method this year and you should receive an email with an embedded electronic ballot paper on the morning of Monday 29th March. All you have to do is respond electronically by Monday 12th April 2021.
