After a long illness Neil was admitted to Heatherview Care home, Beacon Road, Crowborough. On Monday 7th September, surrounded by his wife Rita, son David and daughter Caroline, Neil passed away.
His funeral will take place sometime in October but will of course be subject to the regulations in place at the time. Details have not as yet been finalised.
