Thursday 15th August 2024 – 3rd Thursday Walking Group
09:45 am start. 5 mile circular walk followed by optional pub lunch – suitable for social walkers – wives and partners welcome.

Friday 16th August 2024 – Annual Summer picnic
From 12.00 noon at Birchden Eridge Road, Groombridge. David and Susan Homewood have onceagain offered their beautiful garden for a ‘bring your own’ picnic along withyour own favourite ‘tipple’ (alcoholic/non alcoholic), cutlery and crockery,glasses and mugs, and a cushion (the seats provided are hardish plastic). No charge for attendance at this event. David suggests that members can simply let him know if they are coming so that he has some idea how many table places and chairs to put out.
