Ashdown Probus Club’s second visit to Tunbridge Wells this year is for the Tunbridge Wells Operatic and Dramatic Society’s Autumn show: Made in Dagenham – the Musical. Members and guests are requested to make their own way to Tunbridge Wells Assembly Hall where we have reserved a block of tickets for the 7.30 p.m. performance on Wednesday 27th November 2019.
Based on the 2010 film of the same name, Made in Dagenham is drawn from the real-life 1968 sewing machinists strike at the Ford factory in Dagenham, Essex. Featuring a rousing score and a choice of good character roles, Made in Dagenham offers parts for all ages and no doubt TWODs will once again meet all our expectations.
As on previous visits to the Assembly Hall we will all meet in the bar for a pre-show complimentary drink at 7.00 p.m.
